We make some of the world’s most sophisticated, lifesaving therapies – ranging from pills to sterile injectables – that use state-of-the-art technologies and rely on the expertise of our talented and passionate Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) colleagues. 

Our 42 manufacturing sites globally, which support Pfizer Biopharmaceuticals Group, provide hundreds of different medicines and vaccines to patients in more than 125 countries – more than 20 billion doses in just one year.

Our manufacturing plant in Karachi, Pakistan began operations in 1961. Our facilities employs 641 employees and is spread across 5 acres. It has dedicated manufacturing lines for tablets, capsules, semi-solids and liquids, along with local repacking facilities.
